A pair of George III period decanters, one Bristol blue glass ''Sherry'' decanter and a scarce ruby glass ''Port'' decanter, c.1790-1800.
Both decanters have their original faceted teardrop stopper with gilt painted initial. The decanters have a baluster shaped body, each bearing a gilt simulated label. The ''Port'' decanter is slightly shorter than the ''Sherry''.
Both decanters and their stoppers are in an excellent condition throughout.
An unusual and attractive set.
