Gents 1950s Tourist wrist watch.The watch has a Swiss 15-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed Tourist, a brand name registered in 1945 by the watch maker Adolf Allemann Fils SA of Moutier, Solothurn and Welschenrohr in Switzerland.The watch measures 35mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The main body of the case is gold plated while the case back is stainless steel. There is some light surface marking to the side of the case but overall the condition is good.The lens is in lovely condition.The signed dial has a handsome part-textured finish which is in lovely condition with original hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers.A new leather strap has been fitted.The watch comes in a new presentation box.ALL PRICES INCLUDE UK POSTAGE (excluding Northern Ireland).Please contact us for international shipping prices.
