A Large 19th Century Meat Plate.
The dished and sloping scallop edged rim decorated with scrolling flowers and foliage surrounding a centre scene of the ''Castle Pattern''. The scene showing swans on a moat, beside which cows water, and two men fish as two people walk through a key stone entrance lodge to a castle, set amongst mature trees. The centre with drainage channels leading to a gravy well at one end. The rear with raised foot brackets.
Date circa 1850.
