An antique Edwardian period carved oak rope edge marine barometer with engraved silvered scale and crescent thermometer c.1910. Well carved solid oak rope edge case. Aneroid movement behind the quality engraved silvered scale with mercury action crescent thermometer below. Bevelled edge glass with polished brass bezel and centre reading marker pointer. Bears the makers name to the dial, John Barker & Sons, Kensington, a well regarded barometer maker(w.1890-1910). Excellent condition, full working order. Measures 9" diameter x 2.5" deep. Smaller items are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which includes insurance for the item whilst in transit and a guaranteed tracked delivery.

Through our trusted international shippers we will source the most competitive quote for delivery to your door. All items are wrapped and packed by the specialist shippers.
