This is a large antique grand sideboard. A Scottish, oak and burr oak buffet cabinet, dating to the mid Victorian period, circa 1860.

Exceptional quality, with craftsmanship and proportion expected of furnishing stately homes

Displays a desirable aged patina and in superb order throughout

Oak and burr oak present peerless grain interest and an enviable depth of colour

Imposing and well featured, this is a classically appointed cabinet

Arranged with a shallow gallery upper over a wide sideboard, adorned with a quartet of turned finials
