Gatsby Jewellery Ltd has dated this piece to the 1910s.
A pair of white old mine cut diamonds flank the centre stone, with six (in two trefoil designs) set at the north and south of the centre stone. Sits nice and low to the finger on a slim and tapering 18k rose gold band.

Accompanied by an independent jewellery report from IGR (#30309967).
Cut – Oval cut spinel and old mine cut diamonds.
Colour – The diamonds range from H to J.
Clarity – The spinel is VVS. The diamonds are SI1 to SI2 (all are clean to the naked eye).

Carat – The spinel is approximately 1.28 carat, with a total approximate diamond weight of 1.07 carat.
Circa – 1910.
Size – R (UK) or 8 5/8 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.

Measurements – From the outer edge of the top diamond to the other is 19.9mm. From the outer edge of one side diamond to the other is 13.3mm. Sits 4.4mm from the finger.
Metal – The band is 18k rose gold. The head of the ring is platinum backed in 18k yellow gold. Tested.
