Description

A set of three silver gilt dressing table jars of outstanding quality, each fully hallmarked for B&G West of Hatton Garden, London and dated 1942.

Each jar remains in a very good condition with only minor wear commensurate with age, namely a very small kink to the centre lid of the middle sized jar, a small dink to the scent bottle near the hallmarks and some small areas of rubbing to the silver gilt. The set remains in a wholly original condition, with the scent bottle still retaining the smell of a decadent perfume.
