Regency Faux Bamboo Chair with Original Paint, C.1830

Description

A charming early 19th century faux bamboo chair, c.1830.

The chair has sabre legs with remnants of green paint to the back rails and spindles, legs, stretchers and seat corners. The chair remains in an excellent condition throughout.

A really lovely provincial piece.
