The shaped bevelled mirror plate sits within an upright rectangular moulded frame decorated with fine leaf carving, lobed corners and a shaped apron carved with scrolls and centred by a shell. The highly decorative cresting is profusely carved with foliage, central mask and flanked by Prince of Wales''s feathers into acanthus scrolls.
