Description

Matched set of 8 mahogany kitchen or dining chairs 19th Century C1860.

A near identical matched set that are very very close (so close in fact that we didn't notice when we purchased them). Possibly, a smaller set that had extra chairs made to match (not uncommon for hand made chairs, all chairs are 19th Century).

No loose joints or woodworm.

Overall maximum dimensions:

46cmW x 48cmD x 88cmH (43cmH seat when sat on).

In very good antique condition, with minor historic knocks, marks, imperfections repairs and alterations. Historic repairs (all good and strong now) as is to be expected with period functional antique furniture. Historic shrinkage cracking to some seats (as is always the case), but these are all glued, filled and stable.
