A 19th Century German Black Forest carving of a coat/hat hook with the heads of Kaiser Wilhelm and Otto von Bismarck carved to form the hooks.

Very intricately carved and in good condition for its age with a few woodworm holes which were previously treated. This piece is very rare and circa 1870
