These are two beautiful Japanese deep earthenware plates from the mid 19th century.
The plates depicting a house sparrow in a garden scene it's wings spread for take-off.
Some gold nuances for highlighting throughout the plates.
The plates are marked on the reserve with a five character mark
No damage or restorations.
