Description

A beautiful example of an Italian Murano handkerchief vase in the manner of Biaconi/ Venini but unsigned and in very good condition.

I acquired it from the estate of Audrey Playdell-Bouverie (1902-1968) who through her mother was the illegitimate granddaughter of Edward Vll.

In 1940, Audrey Playdell Bouverie bought the beautiful house and estate called Julians Park, located in Hartfordshire and decorated the house with beautiful antiques and collections of objet d art.

Recently the house and contents came to the market.
