A Victorian games compendium with original contents in a chess and backgammon box C.1900. Inlaid box with chess board to the exterior opening to reveal an interior with inlaid finish forming a backgammon board. Inner tray that lifts out, with original contents comprising of a full ebony and fruitwood chess set, matching draughts set, bone and ebony dominoes set, cribbage board, dice with two turned fruitwood shakers and various games scoring markers. Excellent condition with a deep shine. Measures 18" wide x 11" deep closed x 4" high. 18" x 22" open.

Smaller items are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which includes insurance for the item whilst in transit and a guaranteed tracked delivery.

We are happy to make initial arrangements for worldwide shipments on your behalf. However, please note that the shipping payment is made by you the customer directly with the shippers.
