French Pale Oak Chest of Drawers in Louis Xv Style Circa 1930

Description

A Vintage French pale oak commode in Louis XV style, circa 1930, the cross-banded top with moulded edge over three long drawers with Rococo style carving and chunky scroll cast drawer pulls and escutcheons over a shaped apron, with carved and scroll moulded rounded corners, panelled sides and raised on scroll capped feet.

A good quality, heavy-weight chest of drawers, oak lined and in excellent condition other than the mark to the top surface.
