The cortege passing the Arc de Triomphe, down the Champs Elysées.
The title reads:
TRANSLATION DES CENDRES DE NAPOLEON 15 10 *** 1840
The oblong box with integral hinge and well fitting lid.
In good sound condition with no damage or repair.
A fascinating pressing of the subject with fine architectural details, wear to some high relief elements.
I believe this is the largest version of this rare box.
Width 4,1/8" or 105mm, weight 90 grams.
