A stunning 17th Century carved oak coffer.

The coffer sits on raised legs and has a moulded panel lid, opening on the original iron loop hinges, and sitting above a moulded panel front and back. The coffer is of early pegged construction and boasts carving to the front panels and borders. The colour of the oak is wonderful; warm, glowing and tactile.

At approximately 350 years old, this coffer is full of character and would be a charming feature in any home.
