Description

A Georgian sterling silver teapot, fully hallmarked for Henry Chawner, London, 1807.

The teapot is of an oval serpentine form and decoratedwith chased floral swags enclosing a blank armorial cartouche with a teak handle to the pot and lid. The teapot shows some minor dings with a very small split to the silver at the very tip of the spout (please see photographs). Overall the teapot remains in a very good condition.
