An early oil painting on tin of a man playing a bagpipe accompanied by a child.

The overall feeling is that it is perhaps Swiss or German.

It is in reasonable condition for its age with just a little paint loss on the corners and on the bottom of the painting. Not noticeable .

Circa 1820, it comes unframed
