GILLOWS: A mid 19th Century solid mahogany sarcophagus shaped CELLARETTE, or wine cooler.

The domed angular lid opens to reveal the lead lined interior, waterproofed to ensure it can hold ice long enough to chill the drink of your choice throughout an evening. It retains its original gilt-brass fittings; typical Gillows shaped ‘melon’ feet with original castors and comes complete with its original key.
