Antique Silver Plated, Glass and Parian Table Centrepiece

Description

A late Continental silver plated centrepiece with an engraved glass trumpet epergne and centralised engraved plate

The silver-plated trefoil base sits on ball feet and supports three parian semi-nude and robed maidens.

It makes an impressive centrepiece and has attractive clean lines.

The condition is excellent and there are no losses or damage.However, we believe the centre flute has been replaced at some stage. It is of the period and in no way diminishes its beauty. The price reflects this.

Probably French. Circa 1890-1900
