19th Century French Tulipwood Cross Banded, Burr Cedar Jewellery Display Box

19th Century French tulipwood cross banded, burr cedar jewellery display box. The jewellery box dates back to 1870, it’s edged in ebony, cross banded in Tulipwood and inlaid in brass with a mother of pearl pattern. The box has burr cedar panels either side.
 
The bevelled glass top has a tiny hair line crack but other than that it’s in perfect condition.
 
The box has a fully working lock and tasseled key. Inside it has its original ivory satin quilted interior. It sits on four ball feet.
 
The box measures 22 by 22 and stands 9cm high
