Pair Of Antique Solid Silver Salt And Pepper Shakers
Status:This item has been sold Sold by:In A Nutshell Antiques and Interiors
A good solid Sterling Silver salt and pepper shaker set. They are set on an octagonal base with a flared form. They are stylish and good quality weighing approximately 113g.
They are hallmarked for William Hutton & Sons Ltd, Sheffield, 1907 on both shaker bodies and one top. The other top has a different hallmark and is not matching to the set. It has slightly different shaped holes and a slightly different finial but is a good fit and size and they look good together as a pair.
They are both in good condition and display beautifully. There are some faint surface marks and a few light scratches and small dinks around the edges and corners but nothing detrimental. They have been gently cleaned and polished and are ready for use.
The best description comes from the photos so please look at them all carefully and if you have any questions please ask. UK Delivery £5.
