Old Isfahan carpet, of superb classic design with outstanding colours.

The carpet is of very fine weave with tight fine pile of lambs wool. The carpet has a velvet like feel.
The carpet has a floral lattice all over design and has amazing detail, it is an outstanding example of type. This is a carpet of the highest quality and would grace any room.
The colours are superb, with an madder red ground with the design in beautiful clear colours. The light blue border contrasts well with the red ground.
The carpet is in excellent condition with very slight wear and full pile.
The carpet is suitable for normal domestic use.
The carpet has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
