An unusual and good quality Regency mahogany double sided reading table or music stand. The rectangular shaped top having rosewood cross banding and reeded edge and removable book rest. The underside having hinged supports with double ratcheting for adjusting angle. The square tapering column with applied turned corners and houses the adjustable mechanism and sits on a concave platform base with turned feet bun and sunken brass castors.
