As part of our Japanese works of art collection we are delighted to offer this Edo period(1615-1868) C -1850 Japanese Ivory Netsuke, depicting a Chinese sage, he is modelled laid on his side holding a fan upon an uncarved seal type base with its Himotoshi to the underside, a great addition to your Japanese works of art or Netsuke collection.

The condition is superb throughout, very tactile with a nice mellow colour.
