A superb & small george III period longcase clock made by the highly regarded maker,jonas barber of winster.brass and silvered dial with semi circular date aperture and gilt spandrels to the corners.30 hour movement striking on a bell to the hour.numbered 582 to the movement,c.1762.superb oak and mahogany cross banded case with turned columns repeated to the moulded cornice hood.full working order.stands 76"high.
