Rare Regency Birds Eye & Mahogany Mercury Barometer

This is a stunning fully working Late Georgian / Regency Mercury Barometer by James Bradley Chamberlain Opt. IM. He had premises at 37 Broad Street, Bloomsbury, London during 1830-39
 
The case is made from Birds Eye Maple with Mahogany trimmings and a Silvered Scale with setting in Fahrenheit & Reaumur. The main dial marked in inches from 28-31per square inch. Set Marker with matching Knob in Birds Eye and Mahogany. The back case door seems to have been signed by its one time owner and by signing Esq. he had property.
