An outstanding and rare silver beaker by the great Omar Ramsden, of superior quality and weight. This fabulous example is of flared form, with a raised base. Above the base is an embossed band of flowers and towards the top is an engraved undulating design. Omar Ramsden is one of the greatest names in early 20th Century silver - specialising in Arts and Crafts design his work is hotly pursued and Internationally respected. In addition to the hallmark, Ransden''s trademark engraving is present - ''Omar Ramsden me fecit'' (Omar Ramsden made me). A wonderful collector''s piece.

Condition :- Excellent, with no dents or splits. There is a small and barely noticeable scratch to the side, commensurate with age and use.
