Lovely little Worcester mustard pot decorated in underglaze blue in the Fence pattern dating from c.1770. Pretty fluted handle with thumb rest and scroll to the base and lovely flower moulded upper terminal. The cover is associated but contemporary with spoon cut out, a floral pattern and moulded flower knop. Pot marked to the base with the solid crescent mark.
The pot measures 2 3/4'' high and 2 1/2'' wide excluding handle. Total height 3 1/2''. Condition is very good; a fine scratch in the glaze on the shoulder and minor nicks to the flower knop.
