A rare mid victorian oak cased weather station made by highly regarded maker,negretti & zambra*.glazed fallfront with decorative carved freize and moulded plinth base.single fusee movement to the 8 day clock,powering the 8 day barograph chart wheel to the centre.constant read barometer to the right powering the marker to the barographpen by chain action.thermometer scale to the base.silvered dials to each instrument.top quality brass fittings to the movement typical of this maker.full working order.bears name plate to the back of a colliery dated 1877.measures 19"wide X 9"deep X 12"high.
