Georgian 0.92 Carat Old Oval Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, Circa 1820

Status: This item has been sold
Sold by: Gatsby Jewellery Ltd

Stunning, rare and beautiful - and around two hundred years old. This, quite frankly, is a thing of wonder. With a horizontally set old oval cut diamond, the whiteness of which contrasts magically with the four (two either side) deep yellow old mine cut accent stones. With fine etching running three-fifths down the band and a closed back setting (making this very comfortable to wear), this a winner in every way. We absolutely love it!

Cut - Old oval cut in the middle and old mine cuts either side.

Colour - Central diamond is H. Accent stones are deep yellow.

Clarity - All diamonds are SI. The marks are white and not visible to the naked eye.

Carat - The central diamond is 0.92 carat. The four accent stones are estimated at 0.10 carat each, so an overall diamond weight estimated diamond weight of 1.32 carat

Circa - 1820.

Condition - Excellent.

Size - Currently H (UK) or 3 3/4 (US). Complementary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.
