We are pleased to offer for sale this unusual size leopard skin rug complete with its blocked and mounted head , probably set by Rowland Ward or simillar competent taxidermist in the late 19th early 20th century , the rug is of smaller than usual proportions so i guess this was a young or female cat , the condition of the skin is very very good , i have photographed most of the areas that are prone to wear or damage and apart from a couple of small marks on its head the whole rug is in extremely good condition, the head is mounted mouth open in a ferocious stare with original teeth and glass eyes , the rug is lined to the rear and ready for immediate use !
