Here we have a wonderful Victorian Mahogany seamens chest c1860. As you can see the chest has super colour and patina. The caddy top has an orignal brass pull and brass monted corners. There are lovely brackets to the sides with rope handles. The chest is of dovetailed construction throughout with a plinth base. The interior has original paper lining and the chest is solid throughout. This box has great storage potential but as you can see from the photos would also make a great coffee table.
