Description

An antique Edwardian gate leg table in richly figured oak. This high quality table opens by 2 legs swinging under to support the leaves thus making it compact yet ideal for seating four chairs under as an occasional supper or dining table. It stands on tapered legs with squared tapered feet in an Arts and Crafts style. The top is made of quarter sawn oak revealing wonderful medulla rays. Solid and substantial it is in very good condition, having recently been given a glossy/French polish style finish. It comes complete with protective covers help prevent scratches.
