Late Victorian / Edwardian Mahogany Chest of Drawers

19th century
Description

A late Victorian or early Edwardian mahogany chest of drawers, with two short drawers above two full-width drawers, each fitted with cast brass pulls.

The sides are panelled and the chest stands on a simple plinth base. A straightforward example of the period, with useful proportions for a bedroom or dressing room.

Condition Report

In excellent clean condition, ready for use, with minor marks commensurate with age. The back looks like it may have either lost a single slat, or had a previous repair that is missing, but the back is absolutly solid.
