Antique 20th century good quality carved sideboard in oak, a magnificent and highly decorative piece of exceptional quality.

Very well made and of the finest quality, this impressive sideboard is adorned with intricate carved decoration throughout, showcasing an outstanding level of artistry and attention to detail. A truly unique and rare example that has to be seen in person to be fully appreciated.

The sideboard is topped with a beautifully shaped raised gallery, which can be removed for ease of transport.

The main section comprises two spacious cupboards, each fitted with a single internal shelf, with two useful drawers positioned between them. The drawers and cupboards retain their original decorative brass handles, each beautifully cast in the form of faces, adding a distinctive and unusual feature that enhances the character of the piece.

Raised on elegant turned legs united by a sturdy supporting stretcher, the sideboard has a balanced and commanding presence.

The oak displays gorgeous natural grain and a rich, warm colour throughout, perfectly complementing the exceptional carved decoration.
