Description

This stunning silver plated oval cocktail tray which is made by top French maker Christofle is an extra large size and has two sturdy handles to the ends which have a stylish hammered effect.

This high quality vintage drinks tray which dates to the mid 20th century has a ribbed design to the rim, is signed Christofle France to the underside with the maker's marks and is a very nice piece.

This large and heavy tray is a beautiful example of vintage French barware by a top maker and is a good usable piece.

Material: Silver plate.

Date: Mid 20th century.

Maker: Christofle, France.

Marked: Maker's marks for Christofle: Christofle France. The Christofle Balance OC mark and OC Chess Piece.

Dimensions: Length including handles: 63 cm (26"). Width: 41.5 cm (16 1/2"). Height to top of handles: 3.5 cm (1 1/2").

Weight: 3.1 kg.

Condition: Excellent original vintage condition with light signs of use in keeping with age. Some light surface scratches and marks. Please see pictures.
