A handsome 18th‑century oak refectory table with a wonderfully honest, time‑worn character. The thick two‑plank top shows superb patina, natural grain movement, and the gentle undulations created by centuries of use. Beneath, robust square legs with carved detail and a shaped apron are united by a strong stretcher, giving the table excellent stability and presence. A true country house piece with all the hallmarks of 18th‑century craftsmanship — tactile, architectural, and beautifully aged.
