Description

A matching pair of George III period brass candlesticks with petal design base in superb condition c.1760. The cast petal design bases with inverted sections to the petal edges. The bases rising to meet the hand formed seemed brass decorative columns with petal shaped drip rims to the sconces. Candle pushers to the underside of the bases. Heavy quality and presented in excellent condition with a deep shine. Width and depth measurements quoted are at the candlestick base. Keep up to date via our Instagram channel - sturmansantiques.
