Rare Early Victorian Cast Silver Rhino Pin Cushion

A rare early Victorian solid cast silver Rhino pin cushion in superb condition, hallmarked London 1863. The cast silver Rhino superbly detailed throughout with hand chased and engraved finish; inset blue velvet pad to the top forming a pin cushion. The Rhino stood on an oblong plinth with chased finish, which is an integral part of the pin cushion. Bears the makers mark for London silversmiths William Neale along with slightly rubbed but readable hallmarks. A heavy quality and difficult to find item presented in superb condition.
