An immensely practical Regency period mahogany open bookcase with two banks of three fully adjustable shelves flanked at either end by plain pilasters headed by carved lotus leaf finials and standing on a plinth base.

Good antique condition with signs of age and use but no major damage of repairs. Constructed to a high standard in good quality timber with excellent figuring and colour.
