A well-proportioned antique 19th century oak dresser base, fitted with three drawers retaining attractive brass oval handles. Below, a distinctive shaped arched apron is supported by square legs united by a full-length potboard base. Constructed in solid oak throughout with a rich, deep colour and patina. Overall, a lovely example.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with signs of age and use. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches throughout. The oak displays some fading and unevenness of colour consistent with its age. Historic repairs have been carried out over its lifetime, including repairs to the rear feet. Overall, the dresser base remains structurally solid and sound.
