Superb Moorcroft Pomegranate Narrow Neck Vase

A superbly potted Moorcroft pomegranate vase with squat base and long neck in mint condition c.1919. Squat semi spherical base with long narrow neck sat above, which is slightly flared at the rim. The base of the vase decorated with a continuous band of tube lined pomegranates and berries, some of the fruits open and showing the seeds. The background of the vase with a dark blue wash showing the clay through in places, which is typical of early pieces. The pomegranates painted in soft red and terracotta tones with complementing green foliage. Signed William Moorcroft to the base, along with Moorcroft factory impressions. Presented in immaculate perfect unrestored condition. The diameter quoted is at the widest point of the vase with the rim measuring 2" in diameter. Smaller items are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which includes insurance for the item whilst in transit and a guaranteed tracked delivery.

We are happy to make initial arrangements for worldwide shipments on your behalf. However, please note that the shipping payment is made by you the customer directly with the shippers.
