A superb and decorative Neoclassical Revival antique pair of ormolu urns, later wired into table lamps, dating from the early 20th century.

 

 Of squat Campana form and decorated with classical maidens, masks, ribbon-tied garlands, and floral swags above a collar of acanthus leaves, raised on pink-veined marble bases with square-section feet.

The lamps come with their original silk pleated shades.

 

The craftsmanship is second to none throughout all aspects of this pair, and they are sure to add an unparalleled touch of class to your home.

In excellent condition, having been rewired and PAT tested, please see photos for confirmation.
