A late 19th century French bronze depicting Silenus, Pan and Nereid, after Pierre Legros The Elder (1629-1714, French).
The bronze is well cast with each figures'' features crisply defined and a great verve. The piece has fantastic patina throughout.
A small screw-hole to the underside indicates the bronze may have originally been mounted, but it nonetheless displays extremely well in its present form.
