Edwardian (1904) 8 Bell Quarter Musical Quarter Chiming Grandfather Longcase Clock.

The 8 Day Movement by Elliott (James)has been Checked & Tested - Good Working Order.

Deadbeat Escapement & Harrison's Maintaining Power.

With 8 Bells, You can have a the Choice of either Westminster or Whittington Quarter Musical Chimes of increasing length through the hour. Fine Crisp Notes. In addition the Clock Marks the Hour on the O'clock on a Deep Mellow Gong.

Strike-Silent Lever for Convenient Operation.

The Solid Mahogany Case is in the Elegant Sophisticated Understated 18th Century Style. Smart but Not Garish. At only 214cm or 84.25in it is a Sensible Height for Most Sized Homes.

Both the Long Trunk Door and the Hood Doors have Good Quality Bevelled Glass. The Hood has Fretwork Sides and, as well as the lockable door, it has a Locking Bar (to stop your 'staff' accessing the hands and adjusting the time.

On the base there is a presentation plaque for 1904.

All in All A Wonderful Clock to be Proud Of & to be Enjoyed.
