Historic Public School Library Table

1920 - 1940
Description

From the highly regarded Arnold public school in Blackpool and very likely used by many famous people.

To name a few…Sir William Lyon’s, founder of Jaguar cars…J. Armfield England football captain. Tom Graveney, England cricket appearances, 79 caps. Plus Nobel prize winner, Bishop, many actors, etc. etc.

The table would equally serve as a dining table. The design is on similar lines to Heals, although there are no makers labels evident. The base is of solid Oak with a beautifully grained Iroko top.
