Heavenly Antiques has dated this Louis Xv Console Table to the 18th Century.
Beautifully hand carved with flowing rococo scrolls, foliate decoration and cabriole legs, the frame retains its rich gilt finish which enhances the depth and detail of the carving. The proportions are refined and decorative, making it an ideal statement piece for a hallway, drawing room or formal interior.
Importantly, this table has come from the estate of Corby Castle and is fresh to the market. Pieces with such provenance are increasingly desirable and add to the historical interest and collectability of the item.

Condition
Presented in good antique condition overall with age related wear consistent with circa 1770. The gilt surface shows natural rubbing and patination as expected. Structurally sound and ready for placement.
