Description

A superb Victorian solid mahogany extending dining table by F & J Smith, offered in excellent condition with only light, age‑appropriate marks. The top shows rich colour and grain and sits perfectly flush when extended. It stands on elegant turned bulbous legs with brass and china castors, giving smooth movement and classic Victorian character. Supplied with two leaves, the table extends to 238cm — seating up to eight — and seats four comfortably when closed. A versatile and well‑crafted 19th‑century dining table. Stamped F & J SMITH 02775.
